Fall time and Halloween

Ok now that I did a little catch up lets get to what i should be posting about on October 31.(too see the other post, click "older posts" at the end of this one.)

I love fall. Love love love love love it. Every part of it. The weather, the leaves, the weather, the leaves, the cool weather, the beautiful trees, wearing a jacket, looking at all the beauty around me, life slowing down after crazy summers, beautiful sunsets, did i mention the leaves and the weather....

Here is the happenings i caught on camera. . .

Such a sweet brother, helping gut Brooklyn's too
Ya, Parley was there too...but he was helping daddy who this night made cinnamon rolls and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies...Ky calls him Chef these days. :)

We had to pound holes into the pumpkin to put our faces on...this was their favorite part

Oh Kyler and his tongue hanging out, I adore it.

This girl....she needs a Mrs. Potato head...she has rearranged her clown pumpkin every day

 Kyler making his alien

 A Picasso in training. . .

We made spider with our friends. . .

We swung in the swings by our neighbors beautiful humongous apricot tree. I love her tree...it was so beautiful to look at...
I love this little man. LOVE him! Such a happy kid

This lady. She has attitude and sass! She gives looks like this often...enjoy a glimpse into her personality....

Kys pictures with the tree behind worked so much better...isn't he adorable and the tree fabulous in the back!!

One favorite tradition growing up was the Scarecrow Festival at Gardner Village. Well they don't do that anymore, but they have the Witches, which is equally as fun! We met up with my cousin Staci and her cute kids. So fun to catch up with her, she has been in Colorado up until this summer. So happy to have her close again.
Mine and Stacis kids...she has a boy on the way too. Funny we both will have boy, girl, boy.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get all three kids to look at me. I give up.
Kyler wanted to push Parley around. Made me a little nervous, but he loved it and did a good job. He is turing into such a big kid. Makes me sad and so happy at the same time.

After me and Staci split up to go our separate ways Kyler spied the pony's. Ya we weren't leaving with out a ride in his eyes. I didn't put up a fight, we had time before Parleys well child check and it wasn't much money. Ky, loved every minute. Brooklyn, well she had to warm up to the idea. But she was exhausted at this point, so that didn't help. Ky rode Snowflake and Brooklyn rode Spirit.

We made my one and only (sad fact) trip to the cabin this year to winterize it last Saturday. Oh it is so wonderful up there. Brooklyn held Parley for me while i did some things...she loves holding Par-Lay
again, impossible to get all three to look, let alone smile at me.
But one on one...this kid, he is adorable. Oh i kiss him a lot. Oh we love to snuggle. Oh i just want to eat him up!!

Last but not least....Halloween

Where is Minnie
There she is!!
i told her to whisk her hair out of her face, this is what she did. I love it!
This is my life explained perfectly in a picture
Kyler big, in front, and crazy, Brooklyn in her own world happy as can be between her brothers, and Pars...eating leaves.. :)
"ewww Par-Lay dont eat that! Top(stop) it, top it Par-lay!"
"Ky hold parley for one more picture" says mom...... Parley so done, Kyler frustrated and worried he is going to fall...Brooklyn happy to be on her own by a pumpkin...I love them. Kyler says to me, "MOM! cant we be done now, I cant hold him get him, get him now!"
Our whole family pictured...some in person some in spirit :)
Trick or treat!
Sadly i accidentally erased the cute picture of Parley Grinning ear to ear. He was in such a good mood tonight. He slept from 1130 till 430 woke up ate, jumped in his jumper fell back asleep at 530. We left just before six. He was as chipper as a frog can be.

We skipped the local trunk or treat...it gets a little insane, and just went around to people we know in the neighborhood. We ended up with tons of candy, two cans of pop and funny enough someone handed out Russell Stover creme EGG...yes they got Easter Candy at Halloween!! I about died laughing.

Brooklyns heaven with a drink and a bag of candy.

They had such a good time. They make me love my life. This morning with some friends and the few daycare kids i had, we visited the local Care Center and visited the residence. That was so fun. Brooklyn was really leery of it and wouldn't go into the room with out me following her or holding her hand. It was so wonderful to see the residents light up to have little costumed visitors. That is a new tradition we will keep. Then we had lunch with the Hatch's. We love them, that or i really just love Bec and love having someone to talk to for a bit during the day. Either way, we love our lunch dates with them! We had mummy dogs, monster mouths and witches fingers.

Ready to go to the Care Center. Brooklyn posed so much better this morning for my phone than when i tried to take good nice pictures.

We had brains and eye balls for dinner aka Spaghetti and meatballs that looked like eyes. I didn't get a picture. I love being a mom. I love thinking of fun things to do. I cant wait till they are old enough to like chili so i can continue the tradition of my mother making chili and bread sticks on Halloween...till then, mummy hotdogs, brains and eyeballs is our game! Happy Halloween!
