"I Did It!!"

So just a quick post for posterity ....Kyler really likes Word World. We only watch it about once or twice a week. This morning was not one of those mornings. :) But he just found the remote, and much to his luck the TV was on 11. When he pushed the power button on the remote, his luck continued, when it was accually time for Word World.
You should have seen that little boys face!
The look of shock and pure happiness, and then exclamations of
"I did it!!, I did it, I did it mommy!!
Really how can you not think that little man is cute when he is so excited he got just what he didn't even know he wanted!! :)

Discovery Toy Closeout

Last year I purchased several toys to sell at a fair and the turn out to the fair was quiet small, so i have many leftover that i need to cut my losses with and sell. These toys are all my favorite toys, that is why i bought them to sell. They are some of the most popular toys with Discovery Toys as well. I really enjoy all the toys I have bought from Discovery Toys, they are all educational toys and all have a lifetime guarantee, which is an AWESOME part of DT. Look through all the toys if you have any questions about any toy let me know, or if you need a recommendation. Thanks!!

I am paying the shipping costs that are usually added onto the price in the catalogs. I am also using the prices I bought the toys for in last years Spring Catalog, which also gives you a huge discount because some of the toys have gone up 6 or so dollars since then. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO STOCK UP ON BIRTHDAY PRESENTS FOR YOUR KIDS OR GRAND KIDS.

You can visit the link just below all the owls in my header named Discovery Toy Closeout to see a picture and description of all the toys i have on hand. Or CLICK HERE to go directly there

A Day in the Life of Ky

I really do hate that i dont take pictures of Ky anymore. So Friday I only had him and his cousin, so we took "a day in the life of Ky" pictures. Then Sunday, we had my in-laws 4-wheeler, so we took a Sunday drive to "papa's" house. Kyler loved loved it. I didnt get any pictures besides the outfit he was in for the ride...should have gotten one with his helmet on, he looked pretty dang cute!
Does some playing with friends (this is his cousin)
He does a little 'haulin' and runnin behind his Tonka Truck

Plays a little dress up in one of mommys huge maternity shirts and loves it!

Wont let mom take the shirt back off ....and wore it for a good 2 hours while playing serious tractors!

Built a TALL tower all by himself

Broke his tall tall tower

Threw a couple fits when he didnt get what he wanted
Sunday morning he was determined to get out of the house in daddy's shoes...He has some serious growing to do before he can even walk in those ones!!!

Then Sunday we took a family 4-wheeler ride Kylers outfit consisted of tight PJ'S boots and a coat. Might I say  he looks awfully stylin...emphasis on the awful part! :) I love miss matched little kids who dress themselves!

"No Cheese"

Much to my dismay i really dont take many pictures of Ky anymore. Its too hard with 4 other kids to get any good shots of him anyway, and then even when i to break it out they all right over seeing the pictures after i take them, so i just dont do it unless there are few kids here.
Today is such a day, just Ky and Hueston his cousin so far, so i brought out the camera and Kyler looks at the camera and says "cheese" then quickly after, "no, cheese" as in no pictures mommy! He does this often, which is another reason for a lack of pictures, he shakes his head when he does it so it is impossible to get a good clear picture. Here is the movie of the little turkey...even when he ruins my plans for picture taking i cant help but to love the little turk!!
Love my Ky,Ky!
(sorry its sideways, i did it with my camera and didnt realize it was sideways!)

Yet Another Wreath

So I am learning easter crafts are awesome. SO SO cheap (seriuosly you can get plastic eggs for .50!) and the other materials i have kicking around the house...so here is my newest wreath....

I needed one that could go on my door, and could handle the weather, the other one made out of cardboard and hotglue could never in its wildest dreams hold up to the crazy wind we get here!
So enjoy another crafty post...oh and notice the bow on the top...i finally mastered how to make a bow!! It took about 2 hours of frustration one night, then buying the right tools to make it easier and then another 30 minutes to figure it out...now i think i have it down!!
HERE is the link to the original idea...i dont claim to come up with any of these crafty ideas!! :)

33 weeks

Can we believe how fast time flys?? Before i know it i am going to have this darling little Miss in my arms and believe you me i am so counting down!! :)
Due to the fact that pregnancy is really not that flattering...i haven't ever quite understood the glamor  that some people think of it. Even if i was super skinny with a cute basketball i still don't think it would be glamorous to be pregnant. But that is just me! :) Anyway, due to the fact that i so don't love the way i look i really don't take many pictures--ok NO pictures of myself lately. But I am doing Kylers scrapbook and i see the wisdom in at least taking one once in a while to help document the way, and i am sure someday i will be super grateful i did it. So here is me at 33 weeks

Now compare to Kyler at 31 weeks....
OH SO SO SO grateful for no water retention this time....i will admit i look much better in the fluffiness department than last time!! I am so happy to announce that today i still can wear my hooker boots, i am still wearing my wedding ring ( i couldn't with ky after about 23 or so weeks). These things bring me much happiness lately.
Brandon asked me which pregnancy i liked better today...they both have come with their own personality's! Kyler high blood pressure, pounds and pounds of water weight, and ultimately bed rest for about a month. This time, heart palpation's that will be looked into once i am baby free in my tummy, and Gestational Diabetes, and no bed rest and none on the docket! I answered him quickly that i would take this pregnancy again...even with GD it has been a good pregnancy and i really don't have any complaints. Then i quickly took it back....oh how blissful would bed rest be....Sleep, sleep, sleep I miss you!! :) Then I had to take that back too... Bed rest with a almost 2 year old....that doesn't sound fun. So in the end, I will take this pregnancy over the stress and bed rest i had with Ky. Even though the thought of not tending 6+ kids a day, cleaning my house, and getting a afternoon nap sounds great, i am good with the way things are going right now. I feel good enough to get out and do things in the yard, i am pretty much the same ol me just with a growing belly that much to my little girls dismay i am sure, gets bumped into about everything these days. Poor girl, i do feel bad, the other day besides the normal being sat on, having another baby laying on her, getting pushed back by Ky when he feels my lap is shrinking and he wants that precious space back, she got ran into the corner on the counter ( i think this hurt me more than her), then into a door way when i turned to see another kid, ran into 2 side view mirrors in the parking lot, and then out of pure exhaustion  on her mothers part, i fell asleep almost completely on my stomach. She probably thinks i forget she is there, and maybe i do, but it doesn't mean i don't love her!! I do apologize every time i bump her, and at the end of the day i do apologize for letting all the kids sit on her little bubble. :)
Yes i know i ramble here lots, but its my journal, the inter workings of my head, so there you have it! :) and tonight i am super tired, so i really shouldn't be held responsible for anything that i say here or for the lack of transitions, spelling, or really any of it making sense. That's my disclaimer.

Crafts, crafts, crafts

I don't know if you can call it "nesting" or not, but I cannot help myself lately. I have so many things i have wanted to get done and am now finally starting all of them.
I have a problem with searching all the craft blogs lately and am finding all to many fun things to make.
HERE i found this wreath i made today and hung on my door. I am so in love with it, and best of all i didn't buy a things for it. I have tons of Easter eggs and grass i have collected over the years, so it made it super easy and completely free to make!! You should make one, it was fun and its so springy!!

HERE i found this felt flower and had to try and make my first flowers for my babe. SO easy!! I then tried to do ribbon, cause the other one was so easy and fun to create....that's when the fun ended. So while in SLC this week i returned all the ribbon i bought and bought flannel to start those creations i find fun and satisfying to make, not "make me want to cry cause i am slightly retarded when it comes to creating bows."

So here is to maybe many more posts about cute flannel flowers and then in just 6 short weeks (she is tentatively scheduled to come May 13th) many many more posts with an adorable model to show off the creations!!!
