laughter

So i have been so frustrated tonight with my poor little boys diaper rash. He has had diahrea for a little over a month now, never producing bad enough diaper rash that i could heal with my miricle cream called Resinol. It has healed every diaper rash i have come across as a mom, or daycare provider. Its awesome stuff and have relied on it 100% for a really long time. BUT, about 3 days ago Ky started with a rash that wouldnt go away with it, never bleeding, but not going away, NOW it is bleeding, it is getting worse, and i am at the end of my rope, (this being mostly becuase i am waiting to see what exactly can be causing the bad diarea, and ever praying it is not Ciliac and is actually something that is cureable.)
Back to my story and why laughter is key..... tonight i decided before bath i would let the little boy run around in his birthday suit while filling the bath tub and cleaning up dinner. I was a little worried, i have done it before and ended up with a puddle, but i, again am completely desperate, so we let him run free! He was free about 5-10 mintues when i went to get him for bath, and what did i find, a happy little boy watching himself pee on my floor, laughing saying "juice". I lost it and laughed myself. awww felt good to laugh and to not care that there was pee on my tile, atleast it wasnt on my carpet! :)
I am blessed to be a mom, and blessed to have a darling little boy to worry over. How boring and stress free life would be if i didn't have my best little bud!

That was HILARIOUS! Thanks for the laugh! I remember when Kathryn had a huge diaper rash when she was smaller...I just set 2 layers of blankets and towels on my carpet and just let her sit nakey and watch Baby Einstein so she wouldn't leave her "safety zone". Hope it clear up quick...those are not fun.
